– “Long Haul Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the website design business.
– “Client,” “you,” or ““your” refers to the entity or person engaging our services.
- Scope of Services
Long Haul Solutions provides website design and development services as agreed upon with the Client. Services may include but are not limited to website creation, redesign, maintenance, and related System Development such LMIS and Elearning.
- Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the completion of the project.
- The Client acknowledges that delays in providing content or feedback may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Fees and Payments
- Fees for services provided by Long Haul Solutions will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.
- Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestones, and final payment due dates, will be specified in the proposal or contract.
- Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services until payment is received.
- Project Timelines
- Project timelines will be established based on mutual agreement between Long Haul Solutions and the Client.
- Long Haul Solutions will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, unforeseen circumstances may affect project timelines, and we will communicate any delays promptly.
- Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the Client owns the intellectual property rights to the website design created by Long Haul Solutions for the Client’s project, excluding any third-party materials used under license.
- Long Haul Solutions retains the right to display and promote the completed project as part of our portfolio and marketing efforts.
Communication
You can reach Long Haul Solutions directly via WhatsApp, email, or by calling our landline. Our office hours are Monday to Friday (8 am – 4 pm) South African time. On weekends, we will only respond to inquiries related to website functionality issues, such as a website not working.
- Limitation of Liability
- Long Haul Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Long Haul Solutions harmless from any claims resulting from the Client’s use of our services.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The Client agrees to compensate Long Haul Solutions for services rendered up to the termination date.

- Amendments
- Long Haul Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or through our website.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
