Refund Policy
At Long Haul Solutions, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This refund policy outlines our procedures for refunds related to our website design, LMIS and Elearning services.
- Eligibility for Refund
-Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The Client cancels the project before any work has commenced, and a refund request is made within 2 days of payment.
- Long Haul Solutions fails to initiate the project within the agreed-upon timeline, subject to mutual agreement.
- Long Haul Solutions determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to extenuating circumstances.
- Non-Eligibility for Refund
- No refunds will be provided once the Client has approved the final design or once the website has been launched.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.
- Services provided by Long Haul Solutions that have been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund Process
- To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request to Long Haul Solutions via email, detailing the reasons for the refund request.
- Long Haul Solutions will review the request and communicate its decision within 7 business days.
- If a refund is approved, Long Haul Solutions will process the refund within 30 days to the original method of payment.
- Deductions
- Long Haul Solutions reserves the right to deduct any reasonable expenses incurred in providing the services up to the point of cancellation or refund eligibility.
- Any third-party costs incurred by Long Haul Solutions on behalf of the Client (e.g., domain registration fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
